As you enter the Joy Center, you'll be greeted first and foremost by the serenity of the surrounding nature.
Then you will find me, Lorenza, who will not only give you the keys to your apartment but will accompany you throughout your stay.
After years of adventurous wanderings around the world and wonderful work experiences, my love for my family brought me back to Italy, to this wonderful valley, where I now welcome you and take care of this magic place.
If you're lucky, you'll also meet Levi and Francesca, the founders of the Joy Center and true residents of this special place. You'll almost certainly find Levi busy with some chore, chopping wood or feeding our two wonderful donkeys, Mel and Mafalda. Francesca, meanwhile, is likely to be seen taking care of flowers and plants, making every corner of the Joy Center even more special.

the story of the Joy Center
The Joy Center was founded in 2006 from the dream of Levi and his wife Francesca, who with passion and dedication renovated an old family home, transforming it into something much more than a simple holiday home.
From the beginning, the Joy Center was conceived as a meeting place: an authentic space where people could feel welcomed with love and genuineness. Not just stays, but also shared moments, events, and experiences capable of creating true connections.
For years, Levi and Francesca have carefully guarded this place, making it a point of reference for those seeking simplicity, warmth, and authenticity.
Then, almost by chance—or maybe not—their paths crossed with Lorenza's.
A lover of the mountains and rural life, Lorenza immediately recognized the profound soul of the Joy Center.
Today, she continues to manage this magical place, respecting its history, maintaining its essence, and caring for every detail with the same passion.
The Joy Center thus continues to live, evolve, and welcome, remaining faithful to what it has always been: a home, even before a destination.

The Joy Center is the ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and outdoor activities, or simply to slow down and reconnect with nature. A space that thrives on small daily gestures, a sense of balance with the environment, and a welcoming approach that focuses on well-being and slower pace.
Where are we?
The Joy Center is located in a small hamlet just minutes from the center of Villar Pellice. Our only neighbors are the chestnut groves in our forest and the Liussa stream. Torre Pellice and Bobbio Pellice can be reached in just a few minutes by car. We are approximately 50 km from Turin and 80 km from Turin Caselle Airport.
